At the Healthscope Independence Services (HIS), we are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Practice Lead to guide policy, process and practice for HIS as a Supported Independent Living (SIL) provider operating within the NDIS.

·Hourly rate -$55.72 -$58.19 per hour under the SCHADS award

·Primary office location Victorian Rehabilitation Centre, Glen Waverley (WFH option available)
