Clinical Practice Manager

Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Director, Quality and Business Enablement, the Clinical Practice Manager will design, evaluate, and oversee clinical programs across Extendicare homes. The Clinical Practice Manager will have in-depth knowledge of Provincial regulatory requirements, Accreditation Canada standards, and PCC workflows to implement best practices and standard operating procedures of clinical programs in long‑term care homes. This position will be located at Extendicare Head Office in Markham, Ontario. Extendicare offers a hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide national oversight for one or more clinical programs and ensure compliance with Provincial Regulatory Requirements and Accreditation Canada standards
