**Job Description**Reporting to the Senior Director, Quality and Business Enablement the Clinical Practice Manager will design, evaluate, and oversee clinical programs across Extendicare homes. The Clinical Practice Manager will have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the Provincial regulatory requirements, Accreditation Canada standards, and PCC workflows to implement best practices and standard operating procedures of clinical programs in LTC homes.This position will be located at Extendicare Head Office in Markham, Ontario.
