Compass Intervention Center is seeking a Clinical Program Director . This position has overall responsibility for managing, coordinating, supervising, and implementing treatment programs and the delivery of services in an effective manner for each clinical unit of the hospital. The DCS works closely with the Medical Director, as well as the other medical staff, to ensure that the hospital delivers a high level of therapy services that meets the patients’ needs and follows all regulatory standards. Works closely with the Business Development Director to market the hospital to referral sources and to ensure appropriate and effective communication back to referral sources about patients they have referred to the hospital.
