PRIMARY DETAIL The Role Macquarie University Health is seeking an experienced and respected senior clinician to appoint as Clinical Program Head - Critical Care on a fixed-term, three-year contract.Clinical Program Heads provide leadership across both academic and clinical services and are integral to the governance and leadership structure of Macquarie University Health as an academic medical centre. Acting as a key interface between clinicians within their Program and Discipline and the Clinical Services Executive, the Clinical Program Head represents the collective clinical voice to executive leadership; while also ensuring executive strategy, standards and expectations are effectively embedded within clinical practice.This part-time leadership role (0.1 FTE) provides clinical governance oversight and reports to the Medical Advisory Committee, contributing to governance, quality and safety across Macquarie University Hospital and Clinics.
