Clinical Project Manager – Neuroscience Research

Are you passionate about advancing clinical research in neurodegenerative disorders? We are looking for a Clinical Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of innovative clinical studies, including interventional trials and large-scale observational cohorts.

What you’ll do:

• Drive Scientific Excellence: Translate research objectives into actionable study plans, ensuring protocols and data collection meet the highest scientific standards.
• Lead Project Delivery: Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables; coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to ICH-GCP, EU/Spanish regulations, and rigorous quality systems.
• Monitor & Report : Track KPIs, risks, and scientific indicators; prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Optimize Processes: Contribute to continuous improvement and harmonization of clinical research workflows.

What we’re looking for:

• Education: Degree in Life Sciences or related fields; MSc/PhD preferred.
• Experience: 3–5 years in clinical trial/project management; strong background in observational research and complex pipelines (biomarkers, imaging).
• Skills: Scientific mindset, project and risk management, regulatory knowledge, proficiency with eCRFs/CTMS/EDC systems.
• Languages : Professional proficiency in Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus.
