Clinical Recruiter

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and detail-driven Clinical Recruiter to support end-to-end recruitment for U.S.-based clinical, healthcare, and life sciences positions. In this role, you will source and engage specialized clinical professionals, ensure compliance with U.S. hiring practices, and work closely with global teams to deliver top-tier talent for our clients.
The ideal candidate has strong domain understanding of clinical research and healthcare operations, expertise in U.S. recruitment, and a proven ability to attract high-quality clinical professionals across multiple disciplines.
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, or related field.
Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• 3+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 1–2 years specifically in clinical, healthcare, or life sciences hiring for U.S. roles.
