Clinical Research Associate

Upsilon Global are seeking a Clinical Research Associate on behalf of an established mid-sized CRO to join their clinical operations team in Portugal. This CRO has developed a reputation as a leading employer within the clinical operations space, fostering growth opportunities and career progression through a variety of pathways and personal development programmes.

Whilst expanding to become a leading mid-sized CRO, they have retained their small company culture with a flat management structure, allowing for smoother communication, faster actions and greater career progression opportunities.

As a CRA, you will enjoy a variety of monitoring tasks from start-up to close-out, exposure to a range of other operational duties within the regulatory and start-up teams, as well as a variety of therapeutic indications, all whilst focusing on the highest quality of service and standards, with science remaining at the heart of operations.
