Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and line-manage a team of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs);
  • Recruitment, training (initial and continued) and development of CRAs;
  • Oversee and guide CRAs to ensure they meet expectations of core monitoring responsibilities;
  • Provide regular 1:1 coaching and constructive feedback;
  • Track and manage CRA resourcing and allocation of assignment;
  • Support retention and engagement of CRAs to meet company objectives; and
  • Collaborate with other functions, regional and local operations.


Qualifications:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences or related discipline;
  • Is a line manager with 1-2 years or an experienced CRA, with at least 4 years of clinical monitoring experience, looking to make the next step into line management;
  • Will have strong leadership, mentoring, and motivational skills. You enjoy working with people and relish in their success;
