Job Description
Rose International is seeking a strategic and experienced Clinical Resource Delivery Manager to lead and optimize U.S. clinical staffing operations. This role will focus on managing the performance of the delivery team, including clinical recruiters, while ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance across healthcare staffing initiatives.
The Manager will implement compliant staffing processes, inclusive of credentialing, licensing, and certification. Ultimately, this role will drive recruitment strategies to attract and engage top clinical talent in the U.S., such as nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals, while fostering a high-performing team environment.
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Required Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Experience: 5–10 years in U.S. clinical staffing and healthcare recruitment
• Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage and develop recruiter performance through coaching, metrics, and accountability
• Process Implementation: Expertise in building compliant staffing workflows aligned with industry regulations
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and healthcare staffing regulations
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Team Performance Management -
• Lead and manage the delivery team, including clinical recruiters, by setting clear performance goals, monitoring KPIs, and providing regular feedback and coaching
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Process Development & Monitoring -
• Design, implement, and continuously improve clinical staffing workflows, including credentialing and onboarding procedures
• Monitor process effectiveness and ensure alignment with industry standards and internal goals
Licensing & Regulatory Compliance -
• Oversee completion and renewal of healthcare staffing licenses at the state or jurisdictional level, ensuring full regulatory compliance and audit readiness
Certifications & Compliance Oversight -
• Lead efforts to obtain and maintain relevant certifications, including Joint Commission Certification, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions
Mentoring & Training -
• Provide ongoing mentoring and training to recruiters and resource delivery associates, focusing on best practices, compliance, and operational excellence
