Position Overview

Reporting to the Executive Director - Clinical Services and Manager Health Services of River Park Gardens Personal Care Home, the Clinical Services Coordinator will provide leadership, operational oversight, education coordination and infection control coordination at River Park Gardens. The Clinical Services Coordinator is responsible for working in collaboration with the Executive Director to achieve excellence in resident centered care and services; staff education, coaching and mentoring; operational efficiencies; and in overall continuous quality improvement.


Experience

  • Minimum four years management experience in health care, preferably in long-term care or geriatrics.
  • Minimum four years clinical experience in a gerontological or long-term care environment.
  • Experience applying evidence-based information in a healthcare environment.
  • Experience in the use of electronic health records.
