Job Title- Site Payment Specialist - Night Shift

Job Summary

The Site Payment Specialist is responsible for the accurate setup, processing, tracking, and reconciliation of payments to investigative sites. This role ensures that site payments are made on time, in compliance with contracts, budgets, and internal policies, while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external site partners.

Key Responsibilities

Payment Setup & Processing

• Set up site payment schedules based on clinical trial agreements, budgets, and milestones
• Process investigator and site payments accurately and on time
• Ensure payments align with contractual terms, visit schedules, and study progress
• Manage pass-through costs, reimbursements, and invoice-based payments where applicable
