Key Responsibilities 

Clinical Adoption & Training 

  • Serve as the clinical point of contact for physicians and care teams. 
  • Design and deliver training for clinicians on the use of our AI solution. 
  • Establish physician champions and peer-to-peer influence strategies. 
  • Workflow Integration 

  • Partner with clients to embed the solution into daily practice workflows. 
  • Identify barriers to adoption and co-create solutions with clinical and operations leaders. 
  • Translate frontline clinician feedback into actionable insights for internal teams. 
  • Relationship Management 

  • Build trusted relationships with physicians, practice managers, and CMOs. 
  • Partner closely with the Customer Success Manager to drive account health. 
  • Support Account Executives during renewals and expansions with clinical validation. 
  • Value Demonstration 

  • Track and report clinical adoption metrics (e.g., usage rates, physician satisfaction, efficiency gains). 
  • Present outcomes and success stories to client stakeholders. 
  • Contribute to client weekly meetings and QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews) with clinical insights. 
  • Internal Collaboration 

  • Provide product feedback to influence roadmap and ensure clinical relevance. 
  • Partner with Implementation and Integration teams to align workflows at go-live. 
  • Serve as clinical subject matter expert in cross-functional initiatives. 
  • Qualifications 

  • Clinical background required: RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or MD (active or retired license). 
  • 3–5+ years of experience in clinical practice; additional digital health, health IT, or consulting experience preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of primary care workflows and value-based care models. 
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with physicians and care teams. 
  • Comfort with technology adoption and change management in healthcare settings. 
  • Ability to be onsite 50% at client sites. 
  • Working Conditions

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee works in normal office working conditions.

    Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay rate include your specific skills, experience, qualifications, location, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to the base salary, certain roles may qualify for a performance-based incentive and/or equity, with eligibility depending on the position. These rewards are based on a combination of company performance and individual achievements.

    The hiring range for this position is:

    $98,400.00-$132,225.00
