Clinical Supervisor

Your Opportunity:

Reporting to the area manager, the clinical supervisor is a leadership position and is responsible for the daily clinical operations of Mental Health services, Addition Services and the Travel Team programs located in Area 7. Providing leadership to an inter-disciplinary team, this position coordinates and facilitates daily activities, ensuring effective use of resources. Duties include supervising and contributing to the evaluation of staff, providing leadership and coaching to assist staff with complex cases, completing health record audits, completing professional development and achievement of service/program goals as well as facilitating regular case conference amongst our teams. Further duties include taking a broad view of operations and client service delivery and following through on issues that impact the quality of services provided.
