Clinical Supervisors are responsible for providing clinical supervision and training for unlicensed, graduate level clinicians who provide outpatient mental health counseling, along with carrying a caseload. Clinical Supervisors conduct individual and group supervision and oversee clinical development of therapists in conjunction with the Clinic Directors. Clinical Supervisors are organizational culture carriers who are accountable for promoting clinical excellence and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Deliver 15-20 billable units of clinical services to clients per week Provide 10-12 hours of individual and group supervision weekly to unlicensed clinicians.
