Summary
The Clinical Systems IT Educator Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of design, development, analysis, and implementation of learning programs that enhance operational effectiveness through competency gap analysis, innovative use of technology, blended learning, performance consulting, and data and results evaluation using a systematic approach. The Clinical Systems IT Educator Supervisor will lead the Clinical System IT Education Team to create learning material and opportunities that support onboarding and ongoing education for clinical information systems for providers, nursing, ancillary, and other care team members as needed.
