Position Summary

We are a mid-sized pharmaceutical company seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Clinical Trials Associate (CTA) to support the operational delivery of our clinical development programs. The successful candidate will work closely with Clinical Operations, Medical, Regulatory, and external partners to ensure clinical trials are executed efficiently, compliantly, and to a high quality standard. This role is based on-site in Lachen and requires regular in-person collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for clinical trials from study start‑up through close‑out
