Role Overview:


We are looking for dynamic and result-driven Manager/ Sr. Manager : Corporate Health (Individual Contributor Role) to spearhead the sales of Group Medical Cover policies to corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in selling insurance or financial products to businesses.

Key responsibilities:


● Identify, prospect, and generate new corporate leads for Group Health Insurance (GMC)


policies.


● Develop and manage relationships with HR heads, CXOs, and decision-makers of target companies.



● Conduct effective sales presentations, product demos, and negotiate policy terms and pricing.



● Collaborate with insurance partners and internal teams to design customized health insurance solutions including OPD benefits, wellness offerings, and value-added services.




● Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue and premium targets.


● Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory developments.


● Ensure end-to-end smooth onboarding of clients, including documentation, policy issuance, and post-sale service.



● Up sale and Cross sell other General Insurance products and OPD services .


Key Requirements:


● Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).


● Excellent communication skills.


● 2-6 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.


● Experience in selling Group Health Insurance, GMC, or Employee Benefits is highly desirable.



● Strong business acumen, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


● Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.


● Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.


Preferred Skills:


● Existing network with corporate HR teams or admin heads.


● Knowledge of IRDAI regulations related to corporate insurance.


● Experience in managing large accounts and renewals.


● Better understanding of Bangalore Market .
