POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for

1) Lead the management of contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk.

2) Ensure all contracts are compliant with company policies and government regulations

3) Oversee the contract lifecycle within Coupa, including initial requests, drafting, signing, renewals, and termination.

4) Collaborate closely with procurement, legal, finance, and other relevant departments to ensure contracts are aligned with company goals and legal requirements.

5) Utilize Coupa to provide visibility into contract statuses, compliance, and performance analytics

6) Develop and implement processes for efficient and streamlined contract management in Coupa.

7) Train and guide team members on using Coupa for contracts management.

8) Stay updated on industry practices and regulations related to contracts management.

Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 

  • 3+ years Experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field, with a strong preference for expertise in using the Coupa platform.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of contract law, procurement processes, and best practices in contract management.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the use of Coupa and other procurement software.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
