CLM Functional Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate issues in CLM platforms (Ironclad, Agiloft, Icertis, Sirion, DocuSign).
• Implement advanced configurations in CLM systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Manage changes to the platform following established change management processes.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues to ensure accurate and consistent data.
• Provide advanced user guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base for CLM platform issues and best practices.
• Perform updates such as agreement expiry dates, notification updates, help text creation, workflow approvals, rules updates, and user management in notification workflows.
• Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, IT, and Operations teams to gather requirements and optimize contract management processes.
