Experiencing
- Experience advising junior associates on CLM projects, including software implementation, user support, and ticket resolution.
- You must have experience implementing and supporting CLM platforms such as Sirionlabs, DocuSign, Icertis, Apttus, Conga, Ironclad or similar CLM software.
- Experience reviewing, drafting or negotiating NDAs, statements of work, amendments, framework agreements, and other types of commercial contracts is advantageous.
- Experience reporting metrics and performance data.
- Contact with client.
- Attention to detail.
- Excel management.
- Advanced level of English, all communication is in English with users worldwide.
