CLM Systems Analyst (Salesforce & Ironclad)

We are looking for a functional CLM Systems Analyst for our Client to lead the technical revamp of Professional Services contracting flow. This role is the "connective tissue" between our Salesforce data architecture and Ironclad’s workflow engine.

You will be responsible for rebuilding how data flows from Salesforce objects into Ironclad to automate the generation, review, and signature of PS-specific agreements.

Core Responsibilities

• Workflow Re-Architecture: Rebuild the integration logic between Salesforce and Ironclad to support a revamped Professional Services model.


• Functional Mapping: Map complex Salesforce data schemas (Objects, Fields, and Conditions) to Ironclad Workflow Designer attributes.


• Sprint Management: Work daily within Jira to manage capacity, estimate Level of Effort (LOE), and track progress across multiple sprints.
