Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Close Protection Officer based in Mumbai, with partial work-from-home flexibility. The Close Protection Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of individuals or assets through proactive risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Duties include identifying potential security risks, coordinating security measures, implementing protective strategies, monitoring sensitive activities, and responding swiftly to any threats or incidents. The officer may also provide training to enhance overall security awareness and preparedness.

Qualifications

• Must be from a SF or Marcos background only.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Physical Security, Security operations, and risk management practices.
• Background in Law Enforcement, Police, or equivalent fields with a demonstrated ability to manage and resolve security concerns efficiently.
• Proficiency in Training others on security protocols, emergency response procedures, and threat mitigation techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, especially in high-pressure or emergency situations.
• Possession of relevant certifications in security or law enforcement is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, including flexibility to travel when required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach to delivering service.
