Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Manage qualified residential leads from sourcing teams, CPs, and marketing channels
Independently handle client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
Understand buyer requirements and recommend the right residential inventory
Drive commercial discussions, negotiations, and booking closures
Take ownership of the entire closure cycle from site visit to agreement execution
Coordinate with developers, legal, CRM, and operations teams
Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates, MIS, and pipeline tracking
Support junior closing agents when required (no direct team management)
Build strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
Uphold ANAROCK’s standards of professionalism and customer experience
Desired Candidate Profile
3–4 years of experience in residential real estate closing
Prior experience handling independent closures at project or site level
