Key Responsibilities

  • Manage qualified residential leads from sourcing teams, CPs, and marketing channels
  • Independently handle client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
  • Understand buyer requirements and recommend the right residential inventory
  • Drive commercial discussions, negotiations, and booking closures
  • Take ownership of the entire closure cycle from site visit to agreement execution
  • Coordinate with developers, legal, CRM, and operations teams
  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates, MIS, and pipeline tracking
  • Support junior closing agents when required (no direct team management)
  • Build strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
  • Uphold ANAROCK’s standards of professionalism and customer experience
