Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage qualified residential leads from sourcing teams, CPs, and marketing channels
- Independently handle client meetings, site visits, and project presentations
- Understand buyer requirements and recommend the right residential inventory
- Drive commercial discussions, negotiations, and booking closures
- Take ownership of the entire closure cycle from site visit to agreement execution
- Coordinate with developers, legal, CRM, and operations teams
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates, MIS, and pipeline tracking
- Support junior closing agents when required (no direct team management)
- Build strong client relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
- Uphold ANAROCK’s standards of professionalism and customer experience
