- Review closing instructions and prepare Closing Disclosures/ALTA; audit loan documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate and confirm closings with borrowers, agents, and attorneys to ensure timely transactions.
- Pre-balance loan files for funding and ensure compliance with federal, state, and client requirements.
- Communicate professionally with all parties to confirm closing details and resolve issues.
