 We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Closing Coordinator opportunity with a national mortgage service provider.



This position is Hybrid Role 1 or 2 days a week in the office, then remote.



The Closing Coordinator is responsible for the specific duties listed below.



Your specific duties will include:

  • Review closing instructions and prepare Closing Disclosures/ALTA; audit loan documents for accuracy and compliance.

  • Coordinate and confirm closings with borrowers, agents, and attorneys to ensure timely transactions.

  • Pre-balance loan files for funding and ensure compliance with federal, state, and client requirements.
