Key Responsibilities:

  • Present project features, unit details, pricing, and value propositions confidently to prospective clients.
  • Take proper handover and detailed discussion notes from the site-visit executive or relationship manager before client interaction.
  • Stay updated with current inventory, floor plans, pricing structures, schemes, and ongoing offers.
  • Provide accurate and transparent information during client discussions and negotiations.
  • Handle client queries, objections, and concerns effectively to move towards closure.
  • Encourage and guide clients to make booking decisions within defined timelines.
  • Achieve assigned site-visit and closure targets on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with CRM, accounts, and documentation teams for smooth booking and next-step formalities.
  • Support clients post-booking until agreement execution and handover to the post-sales team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in real estate sales as a closer/closing manager .
  • Strong knowledge of property documentation, RERA guidelines, and bank loan processes .
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to build client trust.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
