Academic Counsellor (Closure Specialist) Role – KRAs
Job Summary:
* Make 100–120 warm calls/day (Not Cold Calls, But Warm Calls)
* Daily: 5 prospects, each with 20–25 min calls
* Monthly Targets - 6-10 Lakhs
* Handsome Uncapped Incentives
* Follow-ups via email & system generated calls.
* Identify and qualify potential customers through provided leads and various digital sources.
* Virtual meetings with decision-makers
* CRM updates & team coordination
* Use a consultative approach and follow up extensively to drive conversions.
* Accurately document interactions and status updates in the CRM system.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience
Work Details:
* Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM Availabity (8 hrs of work) (Sun–Thu) | 1–2 hr break (SUNDAY Working)
* Off: Fri & Sat | No leaves for first 90 days, then 2/month
