Profile Summary

We are seeking an experienced Closing/Sourcing Manager who is responsible for overseeing the sales/sourcing operations of Plotting real estate properties within a given region or market. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the sales targets are met. The Sales Manager is also responsible for building and maintaining client relationships and monitoring market trends to adapt to changing conditions.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Sourcing Manager for Plotting Properties at SAA in Pune.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end sales operations — including sourcing potential homebuyers, coordinating with channel partners, conducting client meetings and site visits, and closing bookings. The role also includes strategic planning, data-driven market research, negotiation, and contributing to the overall sales growth of our Plotting projects.

- Fluent communication in English, with proficiency in Hindi and Marathi
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and buying patterns
- Ability to deliver effective presentations and perform real estate-related calculations
- Familiarity with local, state, and federal real estate regulations (RERA)
- Advanced knowledge of CRM tools, real estate software, and documentation systems (ensuring data hygiene)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel across locations for client and channel partner engagements
- Ability to manage multiple transactions, leads, and deadlines under pressure
- Client-centric approach with the ability to handle sensitive or high-value situations tactfully
