Job Description
Our client in the IT industry is looking for a talented Cloud Admin / Full-Stack Developer to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud services and a strong background in developing and managing cloud-based applications. This is a remote position with the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team working on innovative projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy cloud-based applications leveraging at least one Hyperscalers cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Understand and implement cloud-native system design principles to ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of applications.
- Manage application run-time provisioning, including VPC infrastructure, security, IAM, storage, databases, containerization, and micro-services.
- Oversee cloud instances, monitor cloud consumption, and provide ongoing billing breakdowns and analysis.
- Collaborate through GitHub and utilize DevOps collaboration tools and build workflows for continuous integration and deployment.
- Develop applications using HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and C#.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using Terraform or similar tools.
- Work with data pipelines and contribute to building efficient data solutions.
- Support machine learning operations (ML Ops) and contribute to artificial intelligence initiatives (Gen AI) as needed.
- Perform security scans (SAST, DAST) and quality assurance (QA) to ensure applications meet industry standards.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with at least one Hyperscalers cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Strong understanding of cloud-native system design principles.
- Proficient in provisioning application run-time environments, including VPC, security, IAM, storage, DB, containerization, and micro-services.
- Experience with cloud management, including consumption monitoring, billing breakdown, and analysis.
- Familiarity with GitHub management, DevOps collaboration tools, and build workflows.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and C# development.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools, preferably Terraform.
- Exposure to data pipelines and machine learning operations (ML Ops) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Gen AI technologies is a plus.
- Experience with security scans (SAST, DAST) and quality assurance (QA) is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Stable internet connection with both upload and download speeds sufficient for remote work.
- Time-zone proximity to Dubai (GMT+4) is preferred.
