Contribute and/or lead mid-size to large project delivery engagements. Define approaches and priorities to manage the business engagement and adoption of the Oracle solution delivery. Monitors project delivery execution and ensure all obligations are met. Conduct information gathering, analysis, and assessment directly with clients on business process design, impacts and benefits of change across the business operating model – organisation, people, process, technology, and governance. Provide guidance and coaching to business stakeholders on stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and user support to enable business readiness and transition capabilities.
