Role Overview
The Cloud Analyst (Contractor) provides hands‑on operational support across Azure and OCI environments, supporting business‑as‑usual cloud operations, governance controls, monitoring, identity management, and cloud service readiness.
The role bridges the gap between junior operational support and senior cloud engineering, taking ownership of day‑to‑day cloud operational tasks, proactive issue identification, and cross‑team coordination, while working within established cloud standards, security controls, and operating models.
