Cloud and Systems Infrastructure Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage cloud & server infrastructure for high availability and efficiency.
• Implement security hardening, encryption, and compliance measures to safeguard systems.
• Oversee disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and data redundancy solutions.
• Automate cloud resource provisioning, monitoring, and scaling for seamless operations.
• Act as an escalation point for advanced troubleshooting and mentoring Tier 1 engineers.
• Ensure process governance, maintain IT documentation, and enhance service desk efficiency.
• Monitor system health, security alerts, and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
• Respond to unplanned infrastructure events and implement disaster recovery plans.
