As an experienced Azure Engineer at Intercept, you list the wishes and possibilities, you spar with our Azure Consultants and you go the extra mile for our customers! You give our customers solicited and unsolicited advice on complex Microsoft Azure (3rd line) issues and you are not afraid to point them in the right direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve medium to complex incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Act as an escalation point for junior engineers and customer care teams.
• Proactively identify and remediate recurring issues.
• Enhance monitoring configurations and address performance bottlenecks.
• Participate in on‑call and escalation duty rotations.
• Participate in team learning sessions, technical discussions, and Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
