This role involves overseeing the launch of our ESC, working closely with global teams, and influencing the evolution of our services and technology. As part of our Managed Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in building and leading operations and development teams dedicated to delivering high-availability services exclusively for EU customers.

• You will collaborate with technology leaders to enhance day-to-day operations and ensure improvements in availability, reliability, latency, performance, and efficiency.
