We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer with strong hands-on expertise in designing, developing, and implementing contact center solutions using Amazon Connect. The ideal candidate will have end-to-end experience in IVR setup, workflow configuration, and custom development, with proven delivery across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Amazon Connect IVR flows and contact workflows

Configure and manage Amazon Connect contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and prompts

Develop and integrate Lambda functions for custom business logic

Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and SNS
