Cloud Engineer

A software-led organisation moving cloud-first on AWS (not lift-and-shift) and building out a new Platform team . This role suits a DevOps / Platform Engineer who enjoys working through ambiguity, partnering closely with product teams, and improving systems thoughtfully.

You’ll initially embed within product/software teams (first ~6 months), helping uplift CI/CD and DevOps practices, before transitioning more fully into the Platform team .

What You’ll Do

• Embed with product teams to understand systems before improving them
• Assess and improve CI/CD pipelines in environments with mixed maturity
• Collaborate closely with strong engineering teams
• Help shape and evolve a cloud-first AWS platform
• Bring initiative and systems thinking — this isn’t a ticket-only role

What You’ll Bring
