Job Description

The Cloud Engineer II, DBA plays a crucial role in improving Coinstar’s cloud capabilities and help to shape both our cloud (AWS, Azure) and on-premises infrastructure. This role demands technical depth across cloud platforms, infrastructure management, database administration, automation, and security. This position collaborates to evaluate new cloud-native capabilities and help strengthen/grow Coinstar's reference architecture, work alongside Infrastructure, Information Security, and Application Engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle. Operating within a DevSecOps framework and be a catalyst to Coinstar’s evolving CICD processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support Windows and Linux systems across on-premises, AWS, and Azure infrastructures.

  • Optimize and troubleshoot both cloud-based and on-prem resources to ensure high performance and reliability.
