Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Alibaba Cloud L3 Engineer with strong expertise in cloud architecture, implementation, migration, and advanced troubleshooting. The candidate will act as a technical SME, handle complex incidents, lead cloud implementations, and support business-critical workloads.
Operations & Support (L3 Level)
- Handle L3-level escalations, root cause analysis, and permanent fixes.
- Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
- Ensure SLA compliance and proactive issue resolution.
- Provide guidance to L1/L2 teams and review their work.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud (5+ years preferred)
- Excellent knowledge of:
- ECS, VPC, SLB, OSS, RDS
- Linux / Windows administration
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancer)
- Experience in migration and production environments
- Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills
