We are looking for an experienced Managed Services Cloud Engineer (L3) to join our team and provide advanced operational support for enterprise cloud environments.

Experience: 4–7 Years

Working Model: 24×7 rotational support

Shift Support: During major incidents

Role Objective

Provide expert-level operational support by resolving escalated incidents, leading major incident bridges, ensuring SLA adherence, and driving platform improvements across customer cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Own and resolve P1 / critical incidents

✅ Lead major incident calls and technical decision-making

✅ Perform deep RCA and implement corrective actions
