Key Responsibilities
- Provide L3/L4 operational support for cloud infrastructure and related services.
- Manage and monitor cloud virtual networks, subnets, firewalls, and routing policies.
- Perform server administration (Windows/Linux) including patching, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Support multi-cloud environments — primarily Azure and GCP.
- Implement and manage automation scripts, configuration management, and monitoring solutions.
- Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and operational procedures.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking (VNETs, VPNs, subnets, NSGs, routing, load balancing).
