Cloud Engineer

• Manage webhook and API integrations between systems
• Configure and maintain platform parameters (e.g., toggle feature flags, update workflows)
• Handle partner onboarding processes and API key provisioning
• Monitor system performance and implement scalability and disaster recovery strategies
• Participate in 24/7 support rotation or be on-call for urgent incidents
• Respond promptly to outages or disaster recovery events in line with SLA targets

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communications Engineering, or any related technical field
• Minimum of 3 years of hands managing AWS Cloud Infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of monitoring, scaling, and disaster recovery (DR) strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment
• Must be available for on-call support and quick response during outages or DR events
