Cloud Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a
highly technical Technical Program Manager
with strong hands-on experience in cloud environments. This role requires deep technical skills to effectively
triage, troubleshoot, and support engineering teams
, not just coordinate programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and manage technical programs in cloud-based environments.
• Perform
  hands-on triage and troubleshooting
  of technical issues alongside engineering teams.
• Use
  command-line tools (terminal)
  to investigate and debug issues.
• Work with
  version control systems (Git required, Mercurial a plus)
  to review, track, and support code-related workflows.
• Partner closely with Engineering, SRE, and DevOps teams to unblock technical challenges.
• Translate complex technical issues into clear status updates and program risks.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with
  cloud platforms
  (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Solid
  technical troubleshooting and triage
  skills.
• High proficiency using
  Linux/Unix command line
  .
• Practical experience with
  Git
  (Mercurial is a plus).
• Strong technical depth — this is not a coordination-only TPM role.

Nice to Have

• Background as an Engineer, SRE, or DevOps before moving into TPM.
• Experience supporting production or incident-driven environments.
