Cloud Engineer

Overview:

Seeking an Azure Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and operate secure, scalable cloud infrastructure with a strong focus on Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), automation, IaC, and hybrid integration.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of applications.
• Design, deploy, and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) including host pools, golden images, autoscaling, FSLogix profiles, and user experience optimization.
• Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell and Bicep (preferred) to streamline Azure and AVD operations and reduce manual work.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Bicep and ARM templates for consistent, repeatable deployments.
• Monitor Azure and AVD environments for performance, availability, capacity, and security; configure alerts and remediation.
