Role - AWS Cloud Engineer

An AWS CloudOps role involves providing advanced technical support for AWS cloud infrastructure, handling escalated incidents, performing troubleshooting and root cause analysis, managing operational tasks like patching and backups, and collaborating with L1/L3 teams and clients. Key responsibilities include monitoring performance, ensuring availability and security, automating processes, managing infrastructure as code, and contributing to documentation and knowledge sharing. The candidate should have the willingness to work towards providing a 'great customer experience' as the goal and ready to take the extra step to ensure the goal is achieved.
