Responsibilities

  • To provide operational support based on SLA.

  • Troubleshoot, assist in root cause analysis, implement corrective/preventive actions during and after an incident. 

  • Maintain High Availability of Servers and Systems.

  • Perform patch deployment in accordance with patch management practices.

  • Conduct periodic reviews as stated in internal policies.

  • Automate and implement infrastructure services. 

  • Participate in new IT Project meetings, discuss with the internal IT team or vendors.

  • Subject matter expert in one or multiple IT Infra domains.

  • Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.

  • At least 3-5 years of solid working experience in the related fields.

  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills in English.
