Description GSPANN is hiring an On-Prem Infrastructure Support Engineer with 5+ years of experience to manage enterprise IT infrastructure across locations. The role includes administering DNS, DHCP, AD, and O365, as well as managing Intune, Tanium, and SolarWinds for patching, automation, and monitoring to ensure secure and reliable system operations.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Administer Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), Domain Name System (DNS), and Active Directory (AD) components, including Active Directory Certificate Services (ADCS) and Network Policy Server (NPS) across all office sites.
  • Deliver third-level support for enterprise applications, including Okta, Veeam, Kandji, Microsoft 365 (O365), and Tanium.
  • Oversee system patching using Tanium, Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), and Linux repositories to maintain security and compliance.
  • Provision and manage servers through Terraform, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Hyper-V, while maintaining backup operations with Veeam.
  • Manage OpenVPN configurations and support file and print services for internal users.
  • Maintain external DNS records using Safenames and DNS Made Easy, and manage both internal and external certificates.
  • Support network and firewall infrastructures, including Extreme Networks, FortiGate, Aruba, and GCP components.
  • Perform Linux system administration and monitor infrastructure health using SolarWinds monitoring tools.
  • Skills and Experience

  • Manage DHCP across Windows virtual machines (VMs) deployed at office sites.
  • Update and replicate DNS servers throughout the enterprise infrastructure.
  • Administer Active Directory services, including DNS, AD, ADCS, DHCP, and NPS.
  • Provide advanced support for various applications, including Okta, Veeam, Kandji, Tanium, O365, Tenable, Netskope, KACE, FTP, Box, SHI, Zoom, Intune, Mailgun, and SolarWinds.
  • Execute patch management via Tanium, WSUS, and Linux repositories.
  • Administer OpenVPN configurations and manage file and print services.
  • Deliver third-level support for the Service Desk (SD) and application support teams.
  • Handle server provisioning through Terraform, GCP, and Hyper-V environments.
  • Manage external DNS services using Safenames and DNS Made Easy.
  • Track tasks and updates through Jira, contributing infrastructure insights during change management reviews.
  • Oversee root certificate management, including internal and external certificate issuance.
  • Configure and manage firewall policies using Extreme Networks, FortiGate, Aruba, and GCP firewalls.
  • Administer Linux systems and ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor overall infrastructure using SolarWinds.
