Job Purpose
The Infrastructure & DevOps Engineer role operates within the Global Forwarding Information Technology Division with a focus on its software products. This hybrid role blends traditional infrastructure engineering whilst helping evolve the organisation towards automated, cloud driven operations, including CI/CD and Infrastructure‑as‑Code (IaC) best practices.
The candidate will play a key role in maintaining reliable, secure, and scalable systems while driving automation and modernisation across the technology estate. The role is highly collaborative, working with development teams on the deployment and management of code, and with IT operations colleagues to ensure that environments are efficient and smooth running.
