What’s the role?

An exciting opportunity is available for a Cloud Managed Services (CMS) Tech Lead to own and operate our AWS cloud managed services function. This role is accountable for ensuring stability, reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness of AWS-hosted workloads, while leading a team that supports customers throughout their cloud journey. The CMS Lead will oversee day-to-day operations, drive service improvements, and act as the primary point of contact for escalations and service delivery excellence across the enterprise.
