<div>As a Principal Cloud Engineer, you will be at the forefront of our cloud networking strategy. Your role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining robust cloud solutions across multiple platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP. You will play a key role in configuring and optimizing our cloud networking environments to ensure they meet our business needs and are secure, scalable, and efficient.<br /> <u>Field Glass Role</u>: Infrastructure & Ops Eng (Voice, Telecom, Network, Change Management, Field Technician)<br /> <u>Position</u>: Principal Network Engineer, Cloud Infrastructure<br /> <br /> <br /> Years of Experience - 8 - 14 years </div> <div><br /> Mandatory skills;</div> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in datacenter, route/swtich, BGP and cloud connectivity</li> <li>5+ years Cloud networking experience in design and implementation with Azure, AWS and GCP</li> <li>3+ years Aviatrix design, implementation and maintenance across Azure, AWS and GCP</li> </ul> <br /> <b>Primary Responsibilities:</b> <ul> <li>Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions across Azure, AWS, and GCP platforms</li> <li>Design and implement cloud networking strategies, interconnectivity and best practice security guidelines</li> <li>Lead the configuration and management of cloud networking environments, ensuring best practices are followed</li> <li>Work closely with development teams to integrate cloud services into our software development lifecycle</li> <li>Develop automation scripts for efficient deployment and operations of cloud services</li> <li>Conduct cloud readiness assessments and provide guidance on cloud adoption strategies</li> <li>Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain cloud security standards</li> <li>Monitor cloud environments, analyzing and optimizing performance and cost</li> <li>Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and trends, advising on potential impacts and benefits for the company</li> </ul> <br /> <b>Qualifications</b><br /> <b>Required Qualifications: </b> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in datacenter, route/swtich, BGP and cloud connectivity</li> <li>5+ years Cloud networking experience in design and implementation with Azure, AWS and GCP</li> <li>3+ years Aviatrix design, implementation and maintenance across Azure, AWS and GCP</li> <li>Experience with automation and scripting languages such as Terraform, Python, or similar</li> <li>Specialized knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices</li> </ul> <br /> <b>Preferred Skill Sets:</b> <ul> <li>Certifications in Azure, AWS, and/or GCP</li> <li>Certifications in Aviatrix or equivalent experience</li> <li>Experience in deploying and implementing automation environments using Terraform, Ansible, Gitlab, or related CI/CD pipelines</li> <li>Displays working knowledge of API calls, API integration into terraform IaC</li> <li>Strong working knowledge of Palo Alto firewalls, layer 3 routing, SSL/TLS certificates</li> <li> </li> </ul> <br /> <b>Preferred Qualifications:</b> <ul> <li>Certifications in Azure, AWS, and/or GCP</li> <li>Certifications in Aviatrix across Azure, AWS and GCP deployments</li> <li>Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker, Kubernetes</li> <li>Proven innovative problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure</li> <li>Proven excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead and mentor team members</li> </ul>
